Meshub.ai Terms of Service

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence to use Meshub.ai.
If you are under the age of majority, your parent or legal guardian must review and consent to these Terms on your behalf and take responsibility for your use of the Service.

3. Your Use of Meshub.ai

3.1 License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Meshub.ai.

3.2 User Acknowledgments
You understand and agree that:
AI agents may generate inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate content. You should independently verify important information.
Meshub.ai does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Your access to certain models, features, or agents may be subject to usage limits (e.g., credits, tokens). Unused credits do not roll over and are non-refundable.
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” basis without warranties of any kind.

3.3 Restricted Uses
You agree not to:
Use Meshub.ai for unlawful purposes or to violate rights of others.
Reverse engineer, copy, or attempt to extract source code or model parameters.
Abuse, interfere with, or disrupt the Service, including introducing malware, spamming, or bypassing safeguards.
Use Meshub.ai or its outputs to develop competing large-scale AI models or services.
Misrepresent AI-generated content as human-authored without disclosure. Attempt to extract or scrape data from the Service in unauthorized ways.

3.4 Feedback
We welcome feedback to improve Meshub.ai. By submitting feedback, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use it without compensation.

4. Your Content

4.1 Definition
“Your Content” includes prompts, inputs, files, or data you provide, as well as outputs generated in response (“AI-Generated Content”).

4.2 Ownership
You retain ownership of Your Content. However, by using the Service, you grant Meshub.ai a limited license to process Your Content for the purposes of operating and improving the Service.

4.3 Your Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring Your Content complies with applicable laws and these Terms. You must not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing material.

4.4 Use by Meshub.ai
We may use Your Content in the following ways:
To send inputs to third-party AI model providers for generating responses.
To operate and improve Meshub.ai’s functionality.
We do not use your Content to train our own models, and conversation history is not stored on our servers unless you explicitly save or export it.

5. Termination

You may stop using Meshub.ai at any time by closing your account.
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if:
You violate these Terms,
Required by law,
Or your use creates risk or harm to Meshub.ai or other users.

Upon termination, your rights under these Terms will end.

6. Privacy

Your use of Meshub.ai is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and handle personal data. Please review it carefully.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Meshub.ai is provided “AS IS”, without warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI outputs. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Meshub.ai in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

9. Subscriptions and Refunds

9.1 Free Tier & Credits
Meshub.ai provides free credits for trial use.
Free credits are limited in amount or duration. After they expire, continued use requires purchasing additional credits or subscriptions.

9.2 Subscriptions
Paid subscription plans may be offered with extended usage or features.
Prices, billing intervals, and plan details are shown on our website.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
You authorize Meshub.ai or its payment partners to charge your chosen payment method.

9.3 Payments
Payments may be made via credit/debit card or other supported methods.
Processing is handled securely by third-party providers. Meshub.ai does not store full payment card details.

9.4 Cancellations
Canceling disables automatic renewal but allows continued use until the period ends.
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription.

9.5 Refund Policy
Purchases are for digital services with immediate availability, and are non-refundable once access has begun, unless required by law.
Refund exceptions apply if both conditions are met:
Request made within 7 days of purchase.
Usage below 10 message requests (inputs).
Requests after 7 days or with active usage (≥10 messages) are not refundable.
Partial usage or unused credits/subscriptions are non-refundable.

9.6 Chargebacks and Disputes
Initiating a chargeback may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Meshub.ai reserves the right to dispute chargebacks by providing proof of authorized transactions.

9.7 Changes
Meshub.ai may update subscription plans, credits, or refund terms at any time.
Changes will be posted on our website or communicated by email. If you disagree, you may cancel before they take effect.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of Meshub.ai means you agree to the updated Terms.
